"Overall a good partner to increase revenues but many new initiatives are coming into the market that are making Nor1 less and less relevant."

Pros

A good way to increase upsell revenue. Their technology allows them to adjust the upgrade prices based on demand data/elasticity of demand as opposed to having a fixed upgrade price for each room type.


Cons

They could benefit from a more dynamic user friendly user interface that users could log into and view and change settings as needed.
